1. Acceptance

• Use the site to send spam, harass another person, or transmit malware.

4. Intellectual property

The site, its content, branding, and code are owned by Human Kind Intelligence LLC or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. You may quote short excerpts of our written content with attribution and a link back to the source. Beyond that, no part of the site may be copied, republished, or used in derivative works without our written permission.

5. Your submissions

When you submit a form, send us a message, or share content with us through the site, you grant Human Kind Intelligence LLC a worldwide, royalty-free license to use that submission for the purpose of responding to your inquiry, delivering services you requested, and improving our offerings. We will not publish anything you send us without your permission.

6. Third-party links and tools

The site may link to third-party websites and may rely on third-party services such as Resend for email delivery, Sanity for content management, and Google Analytics for usage measurement. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, security, or practices. Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them.

7. Educational content disclaimer

Articles, the AI Fit Quiz, lead-magnet PDFs, and similar content on the site are educational and informational. They are not legal, accounting, financial, medical, or other professional advice for your specific situation. 8. No warranty

The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Human Kind Intelligence LLC and its members, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of those damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the site is limited to one hundred US dollars (US$100).

This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and it does not limit a client's rights under a separate signed services agreement.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Human Kind Intelligence LLC harmless from any claim, demand, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the site, your violation of these terms, or your violation of a third party's rights.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Santa Rosa County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Either party may seek injunctive relief or relief for intellectual-property infringement in any court of competent jurisdiction.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the site at any time for any reason, including violation of these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law) will survive.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of the page. Continued use of the site after the change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
