1. Information we collect

We collect information that you give us directly and information we receive automatically when you visit the site.

Information you give us

• Contact form submissions. When you contact us through the contact, quote, or booking forms, we collect your name, company, email address, phone number, and the contents of your message.
• Lead magnet downloads. When you request the AI readiness checklist or similar resources, we collect your name and email address.
• AI Fit Quiz responses. When you complete the quiz, we collect your name, company, email, phone, and your answers to the fifteen yes-or-no questions.
• Engagement details. If you become a client, we collect information you share during the engagement, such as business goals, workflow descriptions, and the data you ask us to work with.

Information collected automatically

• Server logs. Our hosting provider (Hostinger) keeps standard web-server logs that include IP addresses, request paths, user agents, and timestamps. These help us diagnose problems and detect abuse.
• Analytics. When enabled, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are visited and how visitors arrive. We enable IP anonymization on this collection. Analytics is not enabled on preview environments.

2. How we use information

• To respond to your inquiries and schedule conversations.
• To send the resources or scoring information you specifically requested (such as the AI Fit Quiz results or lead-magnet PDF).
• To deliver our paid services to clients and communicate about active engagements.
• To improve the site by understanding how it is used and where it can be clearer.
• To meet legal obligations and protect our rights, our clients, and other visitors.

We do not use the information collected through this site to train artificial intelligence models, and we do not sell or rent visitor information.

3. How we share information

We share information only with service providers who help us run the site and respond to inquiries. Each provider is bound by its own terms and is permitted to use the data only for the purposes we direct.

• Resend delivers email notifications when you submit a form, including transactional messages such as the AI Fit Quiz results email.
• Hostinger hosts the site infrastructure and keeps standard web-server logs.
• Google Analytics 4 (when enabled, on the production domain only) provides aggregate usage analytics with IP anonymization.
• Calendly (planned, not yet active) will receive your name, email, and meeting time when you self-schedule a call.

We may also disclose information when required by law, in response to a valid legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Human Kind Intelligence LLC, our clients, or the public.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

The site uses a small number of essential cookies for things like the AI Fit Quiz lead gate and the embedded Sanity Studio. When Google Analytics is enabled on the production domain, it sets cookies used to distinguish unique visitors and measure session duration. You can control cookies in your browser settings, including blocking or deleting them. Blocking essential cookies may break some site features, such as access to gated lead-magnet pages.

5. Data retention

Inquiry information (contact form, quote, and booking submissions) is retained for as long as we maintain a working relationship with you, and for up to three years afterward to support follow-up communication, accounting, and legal obligations. Quiz responses and lead-magnet signups are retained on the same schedule. Server and analytics logs are retained for shorter periods set by the respective provider.

6. Security

We use HTTPS across the entire site, restrict server access to authorized accounts secured with key-based authentication, and limit access to inquiry inboxes to necessary personnel. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee that information will not be accessed without authorization, but we work to make that outcome unlikely.

7. Your privacy rights

You may, at any time, ask us to do any of the following with the personal information we hold about you:

• Access. Receive a copy of the personal information we have about you.
• Correct. Update or correct inaccurate information.
• Delete. Have your information deleted, subject to our need to retain certain records for legal or accounting reasons.
• Opt out of marketing. Unsubscribe from any marketing emails using the link in the email or by contacting us.
• Opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. There is nothing to opt out of, but we will confirm this in writing on request.

These rights are available to all visitors. Residents of California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws may exercise the equivalent rights granted by those state laws by contacting us at the address below. We will verify your identity before acting on a request, usually by confirming details we already have on file.

8. Children's privacy

Our services are intended for businesses and adult professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under thirteen years old. If you believe a child has submitted information through the site, please contact us and we will delete it.

9. International visitors

The site is operated from the United States and is intended for visitors in the United States, primarily the Gulf Coast region. If you access the site from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, which may have different data-protection rules than your home country.

10. Changes to this notice

We may revise this notice from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of the page. For material changes, we will provide a more prominent notice, such as an email to active clients or a banner on the site.
