11. AI and Automated Processing
We use AI tools to help us work faster and think more clearly, never to replace our judgment on anything that matters to you. Specifically, we may use AI to:
- Help draft and organize your Clarity Session materials from discovery call and intake notes, always reviewed by Jenni or Mickey before it reaches you
- Draft marketing content and internal documents
- Transcribe and summarize recorded calls and sessions
If you use our AI Search Optimization service, our AI tools may analyze publicly available information about your business online, such as your search visibility and citations, to generate your report. That information is used solely to produce your report and for no other purpose.
For the full picture of where AI fits into our business, the human oversight we require, and what we will never let AI decide, see our AI Transparency Policy.

For minor changes, like clarifications or corrections, we will update the date without advance notice.
Continuing to use our Services after a change takes effect means you accept the updated policy.
