She runs practical workshops and one-on-one training built around real work, so people walk away with something they can use that week. Licensed through the AI Business Breakthrough Academy, London.
Co-founder and AI Advisor
Mickey Clinard is co-founder and AI advisor at Human Kind Intelligence. He's spent 30 years in sales and marketing, including 20+ in residential mortgage, working directly with small business owners on major decisions. He's also been the tech person in the room his whole life, and still builds the AI tools HKI's clients use. If it doesn't earn its place in the day-to-day, it doesn't ship.

Our story
Most owners we meet think they have an AI problem. Usually they have a process problem first. We started HKI to say that out loud, even when it means telling a client to wait. We're a small, hands-on team rooted on the Gulf Coast, working with owners and operators nationwide who want straight answers: when AI fits, when it doesn't, and what to do next.
Why we exist
The headlines are loud. The tools multiply every month. Most owners are stuck between “we should be doing something” and “we don't know where to start.”
We started HKI to close that gap. We look at how your business actually runs before we recommend a single tool. Sometimes the answer is AI. Sometimes it's fixing what's underneath first. AI doesn't fix broken foundations. It amplifies them.

Human Kind Intelligence is led by founder Jenni Arnold and co-founder Mickey Clinard, supported by a small core team. When a project needs more capacity or a specialized skill, HKI brings in trusted contract experts.
You'll work directly with the HKI team. Jenni leads training and advisory work, and Mickey leads the custom builds and technical work.
