She helps business owners use AI without the jargon, and runs practical workshops and one-on-one training built around real work, so people leave with something they can use that week.
Mickey Clinard is Co-founder and AI Advisor. He has spent 30 years in sales and marketing, including more than 20 in residential mortgage, working directly with small business owners on major decisions. He has also been the technical person in the room his whole life and still builds the AI tools HKI's clients use. His rule for the work: if it does not earn its place in the day-to-day, it does not ship.
A small core team supports them, and HKI brings in trusted contract experts when a project needs more capacity or a specialized skill.
